Life long learning, protect your head during impact sports, avoid hyper tension systolic pressures of 130 mmHg or less, control blood sugar levels and avoid Type 2 Diabetics, daily 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercises, limit excessive alcohol, keep body weight and waist circumference in check, avoid social isolation, stop smoking, and protect against hearing loss.
