The subscapularis is a muscle under your shoulder blade that is often tight with those individuals that have a painful arm or shoulder.  Since the subscapularis plays a big role in stabilization of the shoulder, tightness is often associated with an impingement that can effect the bursa and the rotator cuff.  Check out the video below to figure out how to stretch it.
