F.A.B.E.R. is an acronym for Flexion, Abduction, External Rotation and it’s a simple test you can do at home to help identify where your pain is coming from and what you can do about it. I will also show you how to improve the range of motion of your hip while doing the FABER by using a Lacross ball to help decrease trigger points in the deep hip muscles.
